The site raises certain guidelines that lead the process. An old existing bath pavilion to be maintained blocking the access to the parcel, a swimming pool, a slope with north orientation and a dry piece of land with pines and shrubs in the South part.
We decided to make an incision in the land, separating in two the parcel, folding it to obtain greater useful surface in the outside. With this incision we generate two microatmospheres, the dry garden at the upper side, oriented to the south, very comfortable in winter, and the humid garden, down, with the shade of the house and existing cedars, with the swimming pool and the existing bath pavilion for the sunny benefit of the summer days. The house is semi buried in the slope, generating a low scale contemporary pavilion over a plan with wonderful views.
